Vice President, Board of TrusteesMs. Gardner-Lang is a retired educator. She earned a B.A. from Barnard College, and an M.A. in Education of the Blind from Teachers College, Columbia University. She has worked extensively for cultural organizations including the Metropolitan Museum, the Museum of Modern Art, the Museum of Natural History and the National Endowment for the Arts. In conjunction with others, Ms. Gardner-Lang developed a program for accessing the arts to people with vision impairments. She resides in Denville, New Jersey with her husband and two children.
