Mr. Gulati is a retired Manager of Projects for GPU, Parsippany NJ and Indian Point Energy Center, Peekskill, NY. He retired in 2005, after working 43 years in Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Electric Utilities in India, U.K and USA.

He is a Registered Professional Engineer in New York State. Mr. Gulati earned B.S. degrees in Physics and Electrical Engineering from India and a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Tennessee. He is a Volunteer in the Friendly Visitor Program of VNA Basking Ridge, NJ. He is a member of Board of Trustees of the NJ Foundation for the Blind since 1999.
