Mr. Guarino was educated at Seton Hall University and Fordham University Law School. He has been a member of the United State Marine Corps as a Major, Judge Advocate General’s Office. Mr. Guarino worked for over 20 years as a lawyer with the Warner Lambert Company in the international, real estate, mergers and acquisitions and labor and employment areas.

With over 16 years of financial advisory experience, Mr. Guarino is CEO and Financial Advisor at Guarino Wealth Management, which he owns with his son, that specializes in retirement preparation, saving for college, tax efficient multi-generational wealth transfer, estates, trusts, life insurance, and all aspects of financial planning including, financial plans, portfolio management, managed money, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and options. Mr. Guarino is actively involved in the Denville community where he is a minister at the Notre Dame Church and St. Clare’s Hospital. He has been a Denville resident for 37 years.
